Property sales are buoyant at Berrys Shrewsbury office where
Sarah Reece reports a flurry of activity in the market following
the election.
"We are extremely busy here dealing with agency work and we have
several properties coming to the market which we are processing as
quickly as we can," she said
Nant Farm, a livestock farm on the outskirts of Oswestry has
been sold, subject to contract, after attracting a great deal of
interest. The farm is being purchased almost as a whole although a
plot of woodland extending to 1.33 acres is still available.
Another small farm to the west of Shrewsbury has also
recently been sold, subject to contract. This property attracted
people from far and wide due to its situation close to Shrewsbury
and the far reaching views over the surrounding countryside.
A great deal of interest is also anticipated for two properties
in South Shropshire just coming onto the market with Berrys.
Although the particulars are still being drawn up, the agents can
say that both are character properties set in beautiful rolling
countryside and are available with outbuildings and land.
Another fine property on the market through the Shrewsbury
office is No 1 Kingstreet Grange, Sheriffhales, near Shifnal, a
four bedroomed house with up to 50 acres of land.
Developers or potential self builders should tale a look at a

Childs Ercall which has the benefit of outline planning consent and
has recently been reduced in price.
