Alsters Kelley, one of Coventry and Warwickshire's leading law
firms, is pleased to announce the appointment of Colin Frowd to
head of department for company and commercial law.
Mr Frowd qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and joined Alsters
Kelley in January 2006. He was previously a partner and head of
property at Cartwright & Lewis in Birmingham.
Managing partner of Alsters Kelley, Catherine Wahlberg,

Colin Witherall, who is stepping down as head of the department
to focus on client work and further development of the department,
said, "I'm very pleased that Colin has agreed to take over as head
of the company and commercial department. We've worked closely
together on departmental management in the last twelve months and I
know that Colin has the drive and determination to take the
department forward in future years.
Mr Frowd is based at Alsters Kelley's Leamington Spa office.
The firm also has offices in Coventry and Nuneaton.
