Peter Clark and the East Midlands
The sales team for Miller Homes East Midlands has come out in
force to campaign for votes as part of a national competition from
the award-winning housebuilder.
Eight lucky representatives have won the chance to represent
their region and secure £7,500 as part of Millers Homes' 75th
birthday celebrations.
Last week, Peter Clark, a college lecturer from Barrow upon
Soar, Leicestershire, was unveiled as the East Midlands' candidate
after entering the special prize draw. He has already won
£1000 worth of holiday vouchers and is now rallying the
support of friends, family and colleagues to help him on his way to
securing the big cash prize, by casting their vote on the Miller
Homes website before 21 June.
And sales advisors from Miller developments across the region
have been keen to lend their support.
Joy Goodman, sales director at Miller Homes East Midlands
commented: "Everyone is 100% behind Peter and want him to lead us
to victory.
"The whole team has been out with placards to encourage more
votes and we've been handing out leaflets with the web address on
to visitors at all of our developments. The message is clear: Vote
East Midlands. Peter Clark to win!"
As an added incentive, anyone casting a vote online will be
automatically entered in a daily prize draw to win iPod
Shuffle.
Commenting on the support, Peter Clark added: "It's all a bit
overwhelming really that so many people are backing me to win. If I
win the money, I'm aiming to bring my whole family together for an
extra special Christmas, as we haven't been able to be together for
the past 16 years because we've all been living in different parts
of the country.
"A big thank you to anyone who's already voted for me as it
really means a lot to me and my family."
