Cedar House Investments, one of the region's most proactive
developers, has scooped the title of Property Company of the Year
at the 2010 regional Estates Gazette Awards for the successive
year.
The Pride Park-based firm, which has won the East Midlands for
the last two years, will now join the seven other regional winners
on the contender list for the National Property Adviser of the Year
Award.
Cedar House Investments were presented with their accolade at an
award ceremony on 24th June in the presence of the region's leading
property professionals.
The winners were nominated by the Estates Gazette editorial team
and voted for by Estates Gazette readers.
Now in its seventh year, the prestigious Estates Gazette awards
bring together some of the most influential decision makers in the
property community, including advisers, developers, planners,
investors, owners, occupiers and the public sector. The editorial
team compiled the regional list of companies and advisors and more
than 6,000 votes were cast throughout March by Estates Gazette
readers.
Voting for the ten national awards will open on 12 June. The
companies with the most votes in each category will make the final
shortlist and the overall winners will be selected by a judging
panel comprising of industry experts.
The winners will be announced at a glittering awards ceremony,
which is taking place at London's Hilton Hotel on Park Lane on the
22nd November 2010.
With a portfolio totalling more than £75 million, Cedar
House Investments remains at the forefront of the property
development industry and its diverse schemes have attracted many
high profile businesses.
Commenting on the award, Peter Gadsby, Chairman of Cedar House
Investments, said:

"In these difficult times our programme is extremely active as
we look forward to another successful year."
Cedar House Investments' development programme extends across
