Derby-based project managers and construction cost consultants,
Armsons, have promoted Duncan Brown to the post of associate
director.
Duncan (33), joined Armsons in 2008 as senior project manager
and building surveyor after a varied career, which included eight
years within the asset management and business development
departments at Derwent Living in Derby.
He specialises in the delivery and development of building
projects in all sectors especially housing, retail and commercial
schemes, including energy efficient and sustainable
projects.
During his time at Armsons, Duncan has provided advice to a wide
range of clients. He has also set up and is the lead consultant in
relation to Armsons' Building Surveying Services section.
He is currently managing a number of construction projects for
clients such as Cedar House Investments, Hi-Tech and Derby
College.
Commenting on Duncan's promotion, Steve Fernie, director at
