Walton Homes has launched its first new development of 2010. Carisbrooke House - the second and final phase of Greenway Park in Tamworth - has been released to the market this week.

Carisbrooke House comprises 20 luxury apartments, with the vast majority being two bedroom designs. Located off Peelers Way in Two Gates, close to the centre of Tamworth, this highly anticipated launch of the second phase of Walton's Greenway Park development is taking place a year after the first phase sold out at an extraordinarily fast pace.

The marketing suite and brand new show apartment are now open to view five days a week from 11am to 5pm, from Thursday to Monday. Prices for the first release of two bedroom apartments range from £119,950 to £124,500. All the apartments benefit from an allocated parking space.

Helen Rollason, new homes sales coordinator at Walton Homes said: "We have been working on site constructing this luxury apartment scheme since the start of the year and now we are ready to show off the finished product in its full glory. There is a beautiful show apartment open from Thursday to Monday every week, which will enable potential buyers to see the quality of the apartments for themselves.

"For the past couple of months people from the local area have been driving onto the site to enquire about the development, even though it's just been a busy construction site until now. There hasn't been a new development launched in this area of Tamworth for some time and it certainly looks like there are lots of people from the local area who are keen to buy here.

"With prices for the brand new two bedroom homes starting from only £119,950, Carisbrooke House will be perfect for first time buyers, especially seeing as they'll be able to live life to the full without the worry of any costly home maintenance. Furthermore, this is an ideal time for first time buyers to get on the property ladder, as there is no stamp duty payment required on any purchase under £250,000. In addition to this and to coincide with the launch, we have a number of incentive offers in place to discuss on a one to one basis with vying purchasers."

Carisbrooke House has been architecturally designed in a traditional style to be sympathetic to the architecture that is popular in the local area. The apartment building is arranged over one, two and three storeys and a number of the upper floor apartments have Juliet balconies. Each home has a high internal specification, including contemporary kitchens and bathrooms.

Walton's Greenway Park development is situated in a prime location in Tamworth, with the amenities of the town centre within walking distance. The Coventry Canal is situated nearby for idyllic walks and Wilnecote and Tamworth train stations are close by for commuter links around the region, while excellent motorway networks are also within easy reach. Local attractions include Tamworth Castle with its extensive grounds and the SnowDome, Europe's first indoor real snow ski slope, as well as the convenience of Ventura Park for retail shops such as Marks & Spencer and Next.

Walton Homes is a family run housebuilder based in Lichfield, with a track record spanning over 25 years in the regional property industry. The force behind a significant number of regeneration projects and new homes developments in Staffordshire and the wider West Midlands area, Walton Homes has secured a reputation for its bespoke, quality approach to house building.

Carisbrooke House at Greenway Park is located off Peelers Way in Tamworth, B77 1HB. The show home is open from 11am - 5pm from Thursday to Monday, telephone 01827 262 436.
