SEGRO, the UK's largest owner of industrial property has recently announced a rebranding of its successful Lymedale Cross Estate in Newcastle under Lyme.

The estate which extends to approximately 300,000 ft² on 23 acres comprises a mixture of new and refurbished accommodation along with open storage compounds and land available for design and build.  Lymedale Cross is located just off the A34 corridor midway between Junctions 15 and 16 of the M6 and the surrounding area is home to a number of major distribution facilities for high profile occupiers such as ASDA, TK Maxx and New Look.

With approximately 5m ft² under ownership in the North West along with significant holdings in the West Midlands, SEGRO see Lymedale Cross as a strategic estate midway between these two major conurbations reinforced by the successful Potteries market.

Current availability can accommodate requirements from 3,000 - 80,000 ft² along with open storage compounds up to 1.75 acres and design and build from 3,000 - 24,000 ft² on a leasehold basis.

The retained agents on the scheme are Louis Taylor and King Sturge.
