Lichfield and Cannock law firm, Ansons Solicitors is continuing
to expand its commercial property department with the recruitment
of an additional commercial property solicitor.
The recruitment of Laura Raby, who joins from Hawkins Hatton,
follows two property appointments at Ansons Solicitors earlier this
year.
Senior partner and commercial property solicitor, Simon James
commented: "Over the past few months we have seen a steady increase
in demand with regards to commercial and residential property work.
The appointment of Laura following the recent appointments of
commercial property specialist Neil Faunch and David Williams
within our residential property department come in direct response
to the increases in demand.
"Investing in key personnel at the right time will help us to
continue to strive for growth and to be the best law firm within
the region."
Laura studied law at the University of Wolverhampton and
graduated with distinction in 2007. "I had been interested in
working for Ansons Solicitors for a long time as it is a forward
thinking Legal 500 firm with an excellent reputation for commercial
property. I was delighted when the opportunity arose within its
commercial property department," commented Laura.
Her role as a commercial property solicitor will involve
negotiating commercial leases, sales and purchases of commercial
properties, lease renewals, development work, lease assignments and
re-financing work.
Laura lives in Meir Heath, Stoke-on-Trent and outside of work
enjoys attending horse racing events, reading and travelling.
