A Midlands based Information Technology company is celebrating its first year of trading.

BeanIT, which is based in Tamworth, was established by Allan Bean in June 2009. Allan has not only worked for several large corporate IT firms both abroad and in the UK, but has also previously owned three successful IT businesses.

The last twelve months have seen BeanIT take on significant growth, and quickly develop a reputation for providing professional, fast and cost effective IT services. Allan Bean said: "We specialise in helping small to medium size businesses within the Midlands, and our reputation has mainly grown from word-of-mouth recommendation.

"I'm delighted to be celebrating the company's first year of trading, as we have managed to establish ourselves relatively quickly within a competitive marketplace and during what can only be described as a tough economic climate".  

The company is a family business with Allan's daughter Roxanne, and son Adrian, both working in the business. "My long-term objective is to build BeanIT into a company which can one day be passed on to my children," commented Allan.

BeanIT supply a complete range of IT services including PC Maintenance, Support, Remote Support, Server Management and Network Management. The firm also provides IT Consultancy to implement Server Installations and Upgrades, Virtual Private Networks, Remote Working Solutions and Hardware & Software Upgrades
