Redditch Volkswagen is expanding its business by growing its service offering for West Midlands' motorists.

The Washford Drive retailer is opening its doors to Škoda owners for all their servicing, repairs and MOT needs, with the arrival of Trust Škoda.

The established Volkswagen business has made the decision to develop its servicing offering as part of its first phase in creating a complete sales and service Škoda facility by early 2011.

Two additional technicians and a new service advisor have been recruited to support the business' latest development and will begin by offering Škoda repairs, servicing and warranty work. 

A further  £300,000 investment will see the arrival of a dedicated new Škoda showroom and service facility early next year, located next to the Volkswagen site.

All technicians  undergo training through the Volkswagen Group Training Academy - one of the leading centers of excellence in automotive training. The technicians follow an intensive training and development programme ensuring the highest level of expertise across the Volkswagen brands.
