Inviron, the leading building services and facilities management

- ask the five members of staff who are all about to reach an
impressive milestone of 21 years service with the company.
Two of the long serving employees, Chris Butchart, General
Manager, and Mary Millar, Secretary, are based at Inviron's head
office in Birmingham, with three more, Richard Peverley, Electrical
Supervisor, Thomas Shickle, Approved Electrician, and Allyson
Wilkinson, Administration Manager, at the company's North East
office in Washington, Tyne and Wear.
Mary Millar, Birmingham Business Park says: "I joined Inviron
when I was 19 and have never felt a desire to leave. I am really
proud to have been at the company for so long, and having a stake
in its success through employee ownership certainly makes you feel
a genuine part of its vision to become the most respected building
services provider."
Garry Metcalfe, Inviron's Managing Director, concludes: ""There
is a lot said about the dwindling loyalty of employees, and
employers for that matter, so it is nice to debunk that
generalisation with long service awards bestowed on five first rate
employees. It makes me proud to be a part of an industry, and
company, that promotes such dedication, and I thank each employee
