Commercial and residential property investors and landlords will
have the rare opportunity to access practical help and guidance and
legal updates at a new series of workshop seminars to be run by
Halesowen practice, Challinors White & Billingham.
The all-new series of events are the first in a programme of
initiatives created by the practice to match the profile and needs
of its local community, as its managing partner, Raj Bains, a
specialist Civil and Commercial Litigation solicitor, explains:
"One of our main objectives is to provide our clients across
Halesowen and the West Midlands with the type of practical
assistance and guidance they need for peace-of-mind and protection,
through a programme of no-nonsense and convenient seminar
events.

Each of the seminars will be held at 5pm at Challinors White
& Billingham's Halesowen offices, with topics covering: 'Tips
for landlords on how to avoid problems', 'Funding and finance for
property investors', and 'Tips on buying, selling and letting'.
