It's not often that a startup or small business can afford the services of a major management consultancy to set them on the road to greater success.

Unconsultancy.com, the Rutland based business of ex management consultant Tim Latham, is offering to help five Midlands based businesses every month at a price that even the most cash strapped entrepreneur can afford.

Launching "One Day Business Turnaround" Latham said "Very often startups and smaller businesses are led by a sole owner / manager who almost inevitably finds that their time is consumed working in the business. I've set up businesses previously and I know that I'd have really valued an able and objective colleague to challenge assumptions and input fresh thinking."

Latham has great credentials having been both a small business founder and possessing a blue chip academic and consulting background (PricewaterhouseCoopers, Shell, London Business School, MBA, degree in engineering and executive programme at Harvard. 

Latham added "Unconsultancy, is all about clear thinking for business and rapidly translating that thinking into something that makes a real difference. It's not management consultancy with long assignments and lengthy reports - it's Unconsultancy!"

The "One Day Business Turnaround" is available to only five businesses each month on a first come first served basis and costs only £299 (plus VAT).
