Proactive PR - the Southwell-based international multimedia
public relations consultancy - today announced that it has been
appointed by FIR-TEX to promote the use of the FIR-VEST, a
revolutionary clothing garment, by the Red Bull Racing team.
Proactive PR, which has a global PR capability, will work with
Cyprus-based company, FIR-TEX, to showcase the FIR-VEST - which
will be used by the Red Bull Racing pit team during this year's
opening Formula 1 Grand Prix races - at a press conference held in
Istanbul.
"FIR-TEX is the official innovation partner of Red Bull Racing
which is something that they are very proud of and we are delighted
to be working with them to highlight such an association," said
Proactive PR managing director Brian Dolby.
"With the press conference scheduled on the eve of the Turkish
Grand Prix in Istanbul, we aim to ensure the maximum PR potential
is achieved for both the FIR-VEST and the FIR-TEX brand."
A FIR-TEX equipped garment protects the wearer from stressful
electromagnetic radiation and increases energy, power and
endurance, which are all important elements for athletes,
especially within the demanding world of Formula One.
Each garment uses Far Infrared Rays (known to be healthy
radiations) which switch on as soon as the body heat activates it,
improving (micro) circulation, balance, concentration and well
being.
Iwan Postel, FIR-TEX CEO and co-founder, said: "Having developed
and scientifically tested our FIR-TEX technologies, we have gone
from strength-to-strength as a company. With the Red Bull racing
partnership now in place after a year of discussions, we feel we
are now at a stage where PR is essential. We are excited about
working with Proactive PR and look forward seeing how they can help
us."
Proactive PR is headquartered in Nottinghamshire with a network
of staff and partners across the world.
