A Stoke car dealership is offering their customers premium
coffee when they buy their premium cars.
Knights BMW Stoke now boasts a Starbucks coffee bar on site for
customers looking for a new vehicle or waiting for their car to be
serviced.
And with the added bonus of free Wi-Fi connection, customers get
to enjoy a great cup of coffee while they catch up on their emails
at the Radial Park dealership environment.
The reception team have been trained by Starbucks as baristas
and have specialist training every six months to make sure their
coffee meet the Starbucks standard.
Dealer Principal David Vickers is delighted to serve up the
perfect cup of coffee to customers when they visit the Stoke
dealership.
"Buying a prestige car like a BMW or a MINI is an experience to
be enjoyed, so we wanted to build on that experience to make it as
pleasurable as possible," he said.
"Now our customers can take a look at the new models on offer or
catch up on some work with a coffee while waiting to collect their
car from our servicing department or Bodyshop."
Barista and receptionist Margaret Dixon said the Starbucks range
of lattes, cappuccinos and mochas had received a warm welcome from
customers.
"Our customers travel from the Midlands and further afield to
use the dealership so they are delighted to be greeted with a
coffee," she said.
"Plus with our coffee shop style waiting area, they get a break
from their busy day with the paper or a chance to catch up on
emails using the free Wi-Fi connection."
