Peter Noble of heb has been promoted to associate partner.
Peter, 26, who is head of heb's licensed leisure department,
joined the company in 2009, having previously worked as an estates
surveyor for Scottish and Newcastle's property
department.
The growth of the licensed property department at heb has been a
real success over the last 12 months with 40 pubs being sold. Peter
worked with impressive client names including Scottish and
Newcastle, Punch Taverns, Enterprise Inns and Admiral Taverns.
Jonathan Emmerson, partner at heb, said: "Pete is certainly one
of the leading lights at heb and has managed to secure the sale of
more than 40 pubs during difficult trading conditions over the last
12 months.
"Pete works tirelessly for his clients and thoroughly deserves
his new role. We firmly believe that he will continue to grow and
strengthen his department over the next year and beyond."
Peter's latest sale was on behalf of Enterprise Inns on the sale
of the former CK's pub in Nottingham's city centre. The property
has been sold to Great Northern Inns which owns and operates
various venues throughout Nottingham.
