Coventry based, Warwick Conferences, part of the University of
Warwick treated its customers to a Strictly Come Dancing themed
event, including a dance master class with special guests from the
hit BBC show.
Highlighting the venue as a potential host for a variety of
events, the 'Strictly Warwick' event, which took place on Saturday
20th March, was organised to thank Warwick Conferences' customers
for their support over the past twelve months and to showcase the
venue's capabilities to new customers.
Kick-starting the day's entertainment was a salsa master class
with the BBC's Strictly Come Dancing supremos, Darren Bennett and
Lilia Kopylova. Fifty-two guests put their twinkle-toes to the test
with the best couple from the session going on to take the stage
with the dancing duo during the dinner that evening.
Further clients and guests joined Warwick Conferences later for
the sit down dinner and dance, and were entertained with a dancing
extravaganza again performed by Darren and Lilia, before enjoying
complimentary accommodation on site.

requirements. We had a fantastic evening and feedback from the
