Cannock and Lichfield law firm Ansons Solicitors is celebrating
the appointment of a new residential property solicitor.
David Williams will head up the firm's residential property
department in Cannock with the primary role of growing the
department whilst ensuring high levels of efficiency,
professionalism and customer service are maintained.
The residential property department deals with all the legal
aspects of buying and selling residential properties and also
advises on buy-to-let arrangements, re-mortgages, registered and
unregistered land issues and the transfers of equity.
David has specialised in residential conveyancing for 12 years
and has worked in Hanley and Lichfield for the majority of his
career.
On his appointment David commented: "The opportunity to join
Ansons Solicitors appealed to me as it is a very progressive firm
with a broad range of legal services. The firm's approach
towards information technology has impressed me and puts them in a
great position for the transition over to electronic conveyancing
when introduced by The Land Registry in 2011".
Julie Tomasik who heads the residential property department
commented: "As most people are aware the property market has been
through a tough time; however we are now seeing an increase in
demand and the appointment of David will help ensure we capitalise
on this and continue to strive to be the best law firm within the
region."
David studied for his law degree and Law Society finals at The
University of Wolverhampton passing his degree in 1991. David lives
in Stafford with his wife and three children. The legal connection
continues with David's eldest son, who has recently joined the
Staffordshire police force as a full time police officer.
