Nottingham IT solutions specialist, XMA, has announced the
launch of a new limited company, XMA Print Solutions.
The new company is a joint venture with Ergo Group in Ireland
which will be dedicated to providing bespoke print solutions,
designed to cut organisations' costs and reduce their carbon
footprint.
XMA Print Solutions' Sales Director, Rob Taylor, said: "Saving
money is a key concern for any organisation - as is the need to
achieve value for money. Recognising this need, we have established
a separate organisation within the XMA Group, which focuses
specifically on print solutions to help our clients achieve these
objectives. It might not seem like an obvious cost-saver, but due
to rapid advancements in print technologies, an efficiently managed
print system has been proven to save an average 20-30 per cent on
costs whilst providing a 35-40 per cent reduction in carbon.
Wilford-based XMA is one of the largest IT resellers to the
public sector and has been supplying IT products, services and
solutions to UK businesses for over 20 years. John Purdy, Managing
Director of XMA Print Solutions, said: "We offer a unique approach
for our clients. Many other print suppliers will go into an
organisation and literally replace everything. We, however, will
work with a company to learn about each individual department and
subsequently design our products and service around their needs,
only replacing where necessary.
"We can also offer products from a range of leading
manufacturers and are working with a range of flexible finance
partners so we can give our customers even more choice and
flexibility."
A joint venture with Ergo Group, Ireland, the new company will
employ over 100 staff including pre and post sales technical
specialists, account and project managers, helpdesk operators,
engineers and marketing support.
