Nottingham restaurant the Curry Lounge has received a
prestigious award following outstanding feedback from its
customers.
The venue has been presented with a Gold Award by toptable.com,
the leading global restaurant reservation, review and search site,
after receiving consistently high scores from diners who had
visited the restaurant and wanted share their experiences
online.
With some of the highest marks in the region for categories
including food, value, service and ambience, the Curry Lounge joins
an elite group of restaurants to achieve Gold status.
"We're delighted that so many people have taken the time to post
such amazing comments about their meal with us," commented Curry
Lounge owner Arfan Razak. "Reviews like these help us to constantly
look at the way we do things and help us to offer the perfect
dining experience.
"We're currently working on some exciting new additions to our
menu and I'm sure that this, along with our continual high
standards of customer service, will result in even higher scores on
toptable.com in the future."
Commenting on the Curry Lounge, one diner posted: "Sumptuous
food, top class service. This does not match the quality of London
Indian eateries - as a Londoner, I believe it exceeds them and
could teach the folk of the capital how a restaurant should
be."
The Gold Award is the latest accolade for the Curry Lounge and
follows a special commendation at the British Curry Awards 2009 and
another recognition from toptable.com, which named the restaurant
as one of the top 10 in the UK to offer the best value.
