Midlands truck dealer the Hartshorne Group is to exhibit for the
first time at the giant Commercial Vehicle Operator Show at the
NEC.
Hartshorne, with its main bases in Walsall and Burton-on-Trent,
will be showing off the new 18 ton Volvo FL distribution vehicle,
as well as demonstrating its Total Transport Solutions range of
services to all-makes commercial vehicle operators.
The show, from April 13 - 15 is the biggest of its kind and will
attract thousands of visitors from around the UK. There will be
more than 300 exhibitors, and the showcase event is expected to
generate millions of pounds worth of business.
Hartshorne's head of marketing, Alan Southall said the event was
the perfect platform for the company's products and services.
"We will be showing off the Volvo FL 18-ton distribution
vehicle, with two examples at the show, but also demonstrating our
capabilities and services for all truck and light commercial
vehicle operators," he said.
Visitors to our Hall 5 stand will be able to learn about more
than just Volvo trucks. They will learn about our offerings in
hydraulic parts, trailers, bodyshop repairs, fleet and contract
management and driver training. As one of the most respected names
in the business, Hartshorne knows all about the importance of
uptime. We are in a position to provide customers with exactly the
level of service they need, regardless of the make of van or truck
they operate," he added.
The family-owned Hartshorne Group is the Volvo Trucks agent for
the Midlands, with 11 depots across central England. The company
also distributes Hino Trucks throughout the region.
Hartshorne's also supplies parts and maintenance, hydraulic
parts, trailers and trailer maintenance, repair and body shop
facilities and driver training.
