Worcestershire based eResponse Recruitment, are delighted at the
return of one of their most popular and experienced recruitment
consultants, back to their firm.
Twenty five year old Sam Eden has rejoined the eResponse team
after a six month break, bringing all her knowledge in sales,
customer services and account management with her.
This is sure to delight Sam's many clients whom she has assisted
with the recruitment process over the last three years.
Sam prides herself on offering an efficient and proactive
service making sure both client and candidate are well matched and
pleased with the end result.
Managing Director of eResponse Recruitment Paul Alekna said "We
are thrilled to have Sam back on board with us. It was a real shame
when she left us, and both our clients and candidates missed her
friendly, calm and professional attitude.
"eResponse is rapidly growing and expanding throughout the
County, and Sam's return could not have come at a better time, now
things are becoming exciting for us."
Sam had previously worked for the independent recruitment
company for three years before deciding to leave after becoming
disheartened with the current recruitment arena, which suffered a
huge blow due to the recent recession.
However Sam soon realised her real interest remained in the
recruitment industry - she said "The market had changed so much
since I started in 2006, meaning the job had too.
"I decided I wanted to try something new, although it was a very
difficult choice.
"However, I soon realised that I had made the wrong decision,
and that I enjoyed working for eResponse and helping both clients
and candidates through this difficult time so much, I knew straight
away I wanted to go back.
"Luckily both Paul and Joe welcomed me back with open arms!"
Sam has become an integral member of eResponse, taking part in
company activities such as jumping out of a plane to raise
£5000 for breast cancer on two occasions.
