Two members of staff at The Belmont Hotel, De Montfort Street,
Leicester have been awarded their Edexcel level 3 BTEC in
supervising customer service performance in hospitality, leisure
and travel.
Caroline Holloway and Nathan Morley have both been with The
Belmont Hotel for several years and have undertaken hospitality
courses as part of the company's commitment to training its
people.
Operations Manager James Bowie said: "I am delighted that
Caroline and Nathan have achieved this accolade, they have both
worked very hard for the qualification. The Belmont Hotel prides
itself on its customer service and as an independently owned hotel
we feel it is particularly important that we have this edge."
