In what can only be described as one of the toughest years for
British businesses, and after making a loss only two years ago, DDC
Outsourcing Solutions now celebrates its most profitable year to
date.
The Worksop-based company which specialises in business process
outsourcing has reported a 7% increase in turnover and a 24% gross
profit margin growth.
Managing Director of DDC OS, Colin Gray said: "This is a
dramatic turnaround from where we were only two years
ago.
"An increase in work from existing clients and a series of new
contract wins have boosted our customer base significantly. But
this success is also the result of operational efficiency
improvements which were made following a comprehensive review of
the business.
"The company is now in excellent shape and I am confident that
we will be announcing 60% growth in 2011.
"We will by gearing up efforts in core sectors - charity and the
public sector - and at the same time expand into new markets."
DDC Outsourcing Solutions is currently developing a range of
Knowledge Process Outsourcing and Employee Screening services
designed for the legal, finance and accounting sectors in
particular.
