Warwick Conferences, part of the University of Warwick in
Coventry, has picked up an unprecedented four gold awards at this
year's annual Meetings & Incentive Travel (M&IT) awards.
Providing a tremendous vote of confidence for Warwick Conferences,
the awards will go on to boost the attraction of delegates from
around the world to the city.
The awards are voted for by conference organisers and readers of
M&IT, the conference industry's leading publication, Warwick
Conferences won the gold awards in all four of the categories in
which it was nominated in: Best Conference and Banqueting Staff,
Best Academic Venue, Best UK Management Training Centre and Best
Value for Money Conference Venue.

awards. Dubbed as the industry's 'Oscars', the awards are voted for
solely by event organisers, so we certainly view them as important

Ensuring levels of customer experience are being continually met
through its staff, Warwick Conferences has recently increased its
pro-active sales team and employee training schedule, with every
member of client facing staff having completed customer service
refresher training.
More than 700 guests attended this year's prestigious black tie
event, which took place on Monday 22nd February at the Novotel
London West, and was hosted by popular BBC news presenter Kate
Silverton.
