The exciting expansion plans of the Residential Agency team at
Fisher German Chartered Surveyors; which began when Stuart Flint
joined as Head of Residential Agency; continue with the appointment
of Alasdair Dunne, a former colleague of Stuarts from Knight
Frank.
Alasdair began his agency career in London in the late 1990's
but has gained broad experience in the Midlands over the last 5
years with Strutt & Parker and Knight Frank. He will continue
to use his wealth of experience at Fisher German's principal agency
offices, located in Banbury, Thame, Ashby de la Zouch, Market
Harborough, Stafford, Worcester, Newark and Knutsford.
Discussing his new appointment, Alasdair Dunne comments "Fisher
German are a highly regarded firm with a brand associated with
professionalism and trust. We have an ambitious estate agency
department committed to offering first class service - I think our
market share will increase exponentially over the next two years -
in-fact, since the start of the year, instructions to sell property
have increased by 250%".
Joint Managing Partner, Henry Sale sees this key appointment as
the next step in the metamorphosis of the agency arm of Fisher
German. "Where Stuart will concentrate on the strategic development
of the organisation, with the results of his early efforts are
already notable, Alasdair has an excellent reputation for
delivering high sales volumes which are in line with our expansion
plans".
The agency teams specialise in the sale of village and rural
property, from cottages to castles and pony paddocks to extensive
commercial farms. The agency expansion includes plans for further
key personnel recruitment and a 'refreshing' of the brand with
innovative new marketing material for clients to benefit from.
