Midlands-based truck dealer, the Hartshorne Group is toasting
Burton-on-Trent brewer Marstons after adding another three trucks
to its 18-strong fleet.
Hartshorne has supplied three new Volvo FM tractor units to
Marstons - part of Wolverhampton and Dudley Breweries - which are
being used to deliver the brewery's famous beer around the
country.
Marstons is already an established customer of Hartshorne's East
Midlands operation based in Burton. The company has been buying
trucks from Hartshorne for many years.
Hartshorne's John Wardle said, "We have a great relationship
with Marstons. They have been taking trucks from us for many years
and have always been pleased not just with the vehicles themselves
but with the aftersales service provided. We're delighted they've
come back for more."
The family-owned Hartshorne Group - with its headquarters in
Walsall - is the Volvo Trucks agent for the Midlands, with 11
depots across central England. In addition the company also
distributes Hino Trucks throughout the region.
Hartshorne's also supplies parts and maintenance, hydraulic
parts, trailers and trailer maintenance, repair and body shop
facilities and driver training.
