Stratford-upon-Avon-based solicitors Lodders have raised over £200 for the Haiti earthquake appeal following a charity book swap organised by Sonia Kang, a solicitor in the disputes resolution department, and trainee solicitor Jennie Patrick.

Ms Kang said: "We felt we had to do something, however small, following the harrowing pictures of the suffering in Haiti."

Ms Patrick added: "We would like to thank everyone who took part and contributed to such a worthy cause."

Lodders staff, clients and visitors were invited to pay £1 admission to the book swap plus an additional donation for each title they took away.
