Berryman Healthcare, the Nottingham law firm's team dedicated to
the sector, has announced plans for its first-ever fundraising
Summer Ball in aid of the NSPCC.
To be held at Nottingham's Colwick Hall, the Berryman Healthcare
Summer Ball takes place on Saturday 5th June, and is being
predicted by the firm to be the East Midlands Healthcare sector
event of the year.
The evening will include dinner, dancing, a Casino and
fundraising raffle, and will be attended by representatives from
the NSPCC.
"The Summer Ball is the first event of its kind ever hosted by
Berryman, and for the East Midlands healthcare sector," explains
the firm's Marketing Director Sue Carr. "Aside from presenting
everyone and anyone involved in the region's healthcare, funding
and associated sectors with the chance to enjoy a fabulous evening
in a stunning location, the Ball presents a great opportunity to
raise valuable funds for a very worthwhile charity.
"The NSPCC is Berryman's chosen charity for 2010. By having a
firm wide charity that is the main beneficiary of all our
fundraising activities, we are able to combine our individual and
corporate fundraising activities to make a real difference. The
NSPCC works tirelessly to protect children from cruelty, supports
vulnerable families, campaigns for changes to the law and raises
awareness about abuse.
