Nottingham-based supplier of specialist communications cables,
Webro, has appointed a new business manager, to grow the company's
diverse client portfolio.
The leading supplier of composite and bespoke communication
cables and connecters chose Chris Bacon to develop cable solution
sales throughout the UK, as Webro's managing director, Roger
Webster explains:

out amongst other talented professionals because of his 15 years
industry experience. His enthusiasm and commitment is sure to make
him an invaluable part of Webro's future successes."
Webro was established in 1980 by Roger Webster and has since
gone from strength-to-strength, currently supplying high quality
products and services to the UK's top five TV and satellite
distributors, big name hotel chains, caravan sites, and high
security systems for the Highways Agency and the London Underground
network.
New business manager Chris Bacon, who lives in Lancashire with
his wife and two children, is looking forward to the challenge of
adding to the already comprehensive list of Webro customers, as he
explains: "I'm really excited to be working for such a prestigious
name in the industry. My principal focus will be to identify and
develop sales opportunities in data networking, high temperature,
industrial, and telecoms sectors as part of the Webro sales
team."
Before joining Webro, Chris worked for Volex, Cable Design
Technologies, Belden, Lapp, and Panduit, where he became skilled in
production control, process improvement, business development,
technical and design fields, and sales management in relation to
the cables and connectivity industry.
