Expert Advice at Lincolnshire Employment Law Seminar

Lincolnshire based solicitors firm, Burton and Dyson, is welcoming members of the business world to a special seminar designed to help make the sometimes tricky issue of employment law a little clearer.

Hosted by Burton and Dyson partner, Lisa Whitelam, the seminar, Retaining the Good and Dealing with the Difficult, will focus on devising effective and correct systems and policies to promote healthy employee relations, as well as how to re-shape existing workplace procedures to ensure that they are clear, fair and promote an effective working atmosphere.

Attendees will also benefit from advice on how to deal with difficult employees and the related issues that can arise - this will include expert guidance on how to minimise exposure to litigation.

The seminar, which is free for business owners, will take place at the firm's office in Market Place, Gainsborough, from 8 to 9.30 am on March 18, with refreshments provided.

For tickets, contact Marion Granger on 01427 676 211, or email: marion.granger@burtondyson.com.
