Due to rapid expansion, Nottingham law firm Brady Solicitors has
moved to larger premises in the city centre.
Headed by Clare Brady, the specialist property management
litigation firm set up in 2008 now employs nine people.
Clare, a former partner and head of property litigation at
Berryman, said: "We're an ambitious firm with plans to be the
property management industry's number one choice for property
management litigation services.
"Sustained growth and continual investment since we launched two
years ago means we're well on our way to achieving this aim. Our
spacious and high quality new premises on Victoria Street will give
us the space and scope to push on to the next level."
Brady Solicitors has grown rapidly, says Clare. "We aim to be
market leaders in our specialist area of property management, and
in particular, service charge debt collection. We act for property
managers and we deal with the legal issues surrounding property
management," she added.
Brady Solicitors acts for a number of the UK's ten largest
property management companies. Turnover has grown by 240% from its
first year to the end of the last financial year.
Heb's Rob Maxey managed the letting of Suite A, Imperial
Buildings to Brady Solicitors.
He said: "heb was delighted to be part of the Brady Solicitors
success story. It is always pleasing to see a relatively new
business expanding like this, especially in the current market.
"The Imperial Buildings are now almost fully let again, with
just one small suite remaining to let".
Joint agents were Corder Commercial.
Brady Solicitors' success on behalf of its clients was
recognised recently with the Highly Commended award in the
Professional Services category at the Property Management Awards
2009. Clare said: The award recognised our 100% success in
recovering service charge arrears for our clients, plus our
commitment to recovering these areas within a market-busting four
months. We have all worked extremely hard over the past 18 months
to deliver a consistently effective service for our clients and we
were delighted to be recognised in the Property Management Awards
in this way."
