A Staffordshire based business coach has been labelled 'Action
Man' by his fellow coaches after guiding 30 businesses to greater
success over the past year.
ActionCOACH's Ian Nicklin was judged to be one of the best
performing 14 coaches in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region,
for his commitment to helping his clients grow their
businesses.
Ian and his fellow winners, who fought off competition from the
300 other coaches in the EMEA region, each received an Action Man
award for their achievements.
Ian Nicklin said: "It was a great honour to receive this award
in front of all my fellow coaches and be internationally recognised
for my achievements.
"It has given me even more determination to carry on producing
fantastic results for my clients."
Ian specialises in helping business owners focus on the
strategic development of their business, rather than day-to-day
administration, and holding them accountable to the commitments
they make in weekly sessions.
Graham Doyle is Managing Director of D2 Network Associates, and
worked with Ian for nine months last year to develop his
business.
He said: "Ian encouraged me to get out of my comfort zone as
often as possible and this gave me greater confidence which has
been a huge help achieving real results in the business.
"The service paid for itself within the first three months
through the implementation of strategies to increase profit margins
and make efficiency improvements."
The recession has encouraged more businesses to follow D2NA's
lead and seek out Ian's help. As a result, turnover is up 300% in
the first quarter of 2010, and the firm has recruited three new
members of staff, including a business development manager.
ActionCOACH is the world's number one business and executive
coaching firm, with more than 1000 offices in 26 countries.
