launched Blusource Executive
Midlands-based Blusource, the multi-disciplinary search and
selection consultancy covering the legal, accountancy, banking and
executive sectors, has launched its fourth division, Blusource
Executive with the appointment of director, Chris Bailey.
Chris, who relocated from Bermuda to assume his new role, has
over ten years experience in his field and is responsible for the
overall growth of Blusource Executive, which will focus on senior
level appointments within the finance, insurance, HR, sales and
operations sectors. In addition, Chris is also developing a bespoke
approach to Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) which includes
taking complete ownership of the search and selection process on
behalf of an organisation from design and management through to
delivery.
"I am excited about starting a new challenge back in the UK,"
commented Chris, "and Blusource seemed the ideal opportunity.
Whilst other consultancies within the market have been tarnished
with poor delivery and unrealistic costs, Blusource has a strong
ethos of quality and integrity, combined with a personal approach,
which I found extremely refreshing. I am confident this culture
will not only help us to build Blusource Executive but will also
provide us with a valuable advantage over the competition."
Blusource CEO Andrew Springhall added: "Chris' appointment
completes the portfolio of Blusource directors. Now, with four
highly experienced professionals spearheading the growth of their
respective divisions, phase one of the expansion of the business
has truly come to fruition. We are all now looking to further
capitalise on Blusource's existing reputation within the region as
we target our goal to become one of the top national search and
selection consultancies."
Originally from Birmingham but now living in Nottinghamshire,
Chris outlines one of his greatest professional achievements as
being invited to speak at New York's prestigious Harvard Club about
the benefits of off-shoring in Bermuda and his experiences within
the country.
