The UK's largest privately owned housebuilder, Miller Homes, has
announced record high scores on its latest round of customer
satisfaction survey results, published this week.
98 per cent of customers who took the six-question survey
responded that they would recommend the products and services of
Miller Homes to their best friend.
Around 82 per cent of respondents also said that they were 'very
satisfied' with the overall level of service that they received
from the housebuilder, which celebrates its 75th anniversary this
year.
Sue Warwick, National Sales and Marketing Director for Miller
Homes, said: "Our customers are at the heart of what we do and
their feedback allows us to continue to grow and improve our
services. The latest results show that more people than ever before
would recommend us to their best friend. With that sort of
endorsement, we know that we are hitting the mark when it comes to
delivering top class products and customer service and will strive
to continue to do so throughout 2010."
The survey questions customers' experience of home
demonstration, state of readiness on completion day, aftercare
services and resolution of issues post sale.
Miller Homes was the first housebuilder to publicly publish
their customer satisfaction results 5 years ago and continues to do
so via its website.
Sue continues: "We have always been proud of the service that we
provide and publishing our results is a transparent way for
potential customers to gauge the experience they can expect to
receive.
"It continues to be a challenging time for housebuilders and
potential buyers but these results serve to reassure our customers
that they will receive a fantastic experience from us, as well as
being able to find the right products and services they need to
find their dream home."
