Stratford law firm Lodders has played a key role in an
£8.3 million property deal in North Wales.
The firm represented Cotswolds-based Pettifer Investments
(Holyhead) Ltd as it sold Phase 1 of the Holyhead Retail Park to
Threadneedle.
Tenants on the park, which generates a yield of 6.75 per cent,
include Peacocks, Brantano, New Look, Wilkinson and
Carpetright.
The deal follows the successful sale of an adjacent site in
January 2008, which is now home to a Morrisons supermarket.
Lodders partner Alastair Frew said: "We were delighted to be
able to help this deal go through smoothly."
