Company and Commercial solicitor, Richard Murrall is welcomed by
the firm as he joins the partnership at Lanyon Bowdler.
Based at the firm's offices in Telford Town Centre he joins the
Corporate and Commercial Team, which boasts the expertise of
partner Garry Richards and solicitor Ruth James.
Richard brings to the firm 20 years experience (including 10
years working for large well respected corporate practices in
Birmingham), and more recently as a partner and Head of the
Business Services Teams at Talbots of Stourbridge. He
specialises in advising all sizes and types of business clients on
a wide range of company and commercial law issues.
He has a particular expertise in share and asset sales and
purchases, re-organisations, share schemes, shareholder agreements,
joint ventures and franchising, whilst undertaking a wide variety
of general commercial work.
Speaking on behalf of the partners, senior partner, Peter Flint
