HQ move for Midlands based Adsis

Gladman Developments has completed another office deal in Stafford, with the sale of a 2,250 ft² high specification, purpose-built self contained office at Staffordshire Technology Park.

Gladman has sold Unit 2 Hargreaves Court, Staffordshire Technology Park to Adsis who are relocating its headquarters from Uttoxeter. Adsis is a charity which delivers alcohol and other dependency interventions across the County of Staffordshire.

Alison Skerrett of Adsis, said: "The location of Staffordshire Technology Park was key in making the decision to move our headquarters from Uttoxeter to a central location within the County".

Kevin Millar of Millar sandy added "Staffordshire Technology Park has attracted a range of interest from both local investors and occupiers. The style, location and setting of the Gladman built schemes have been the principal factors in encouraging lettings and sales".

The sale of Unit 2 Hargreaves Court leaves only a 10,070 ft² building for purchase or lease as a whole or to lease in suites from 3,220 sq ft, from Gladman Developments at 3 Parker Court, Staffordshire Technology Park.

Joint agents for the remaining space at Staffordshire Technology Park are King Sturge's Birmingham office (tel. 0121 233 2898) and Millar Sandy's Stafford office (tel. 01785 244 400).

Located next to the University of Staffordshire, on a 44 acre Greenfield site on the A513, less than one and half miles from the centre of Stafford and within three miles of the M6, with a total of more than 400,000 sq ft of office space, Staffordshire Technology Park is the largest single office development, not just in Staffordshire, but anywhere between north Birmingham and south Manchester.
