Walton Homes has announced that all of the plots on its prized
Willowmead development in the traditional Staffordshire village of
Stapenhill are now released and available for sale, following a
series of recent sales.
Willowmead is one of the most popular developments within
Walton's Midlands portfolio. There are only five more chances left
to purchase one of the luxury detached family homes, comprising
three four-bedroom designs and two three-bedroom designs. Prices
for the three-bedroom homes start from £177,950, while the
four-bedroom homes are priced from £249,950 to
£289,950. Located in a prime, yet peaceful cul-de-sac setting
off Woods Lane, each home at Willowmead benefits from either an
integral or detached garage.

secure one of the remaining five plots at the development for a 12
week period, during which time Walton Homes will appoint estate
agents to market the current home. Providing it is sold within this
12 week timeframe, Walton will cover the estate agent fees and the
legal costs.
