Forward-looking solicitors' practice Myers and Co is
strengthening its respected legal team with the appointment of a
familiar face, Karen Coleman.
Karen, 34, joins the Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent based firm as an
employment specialist and brings with her a wealth of expertise in
this complex sector.
She is moving from one of Edinburgh's top commercial legal firms
McClure Naismith LLP where she specialised in employment law and
worked with a national portfolio of clients.
Karen will be joining employment lawyers John Elkin and Samantha
Barber. The appointment brings her back to her roots - as a
graduate of Keele University and having started her career at the
Burslem firm ten years ago working alongside John.
Karen said: "After seven years north of the border I am
delighted to be returning to North Staffordshire. Myers and Co
prides itself on offering excellent service while being friendly
and approachable - which very much suits my style.
"The firm already has a thriving Employment Law division, acting
for many regional employers and employees alike. However, we see a
great deal of potential for growth in this area and we have
exciting plans for the future."
