Blackberry maintenance experts ARC IT Solutions and
telecommunications company The Consultancy Group are celebrating
the fifth anniversary of a collaboration which has helped over 500
Blackberry users solve technical support problems.
ARC IT has been dealing with technical Blackberry Enterprise
Server issues for six years, and joined forces with The Consultancy
Group in 2005. They specialise in queries connected with
installation, configuration and support problems.
As a result of the tie-up ARC has fielded enquiries from all
over the UK, and even as far afield as Australia. They believe this
has halved the number of support queries they would otherwise have
received, because they've ensured software is installed
correctly.
And to further reduce the number of support queries, the
Stoke-on-Trent based company will be offering free advice on common
Blackberry technical problems via their blog
(http://www.arcitsolutions.co.uk/blog/).
Director Andy Rafferty said: "We provide help to companies all
over the world with the most complicated problems to arise from
using a Blackberry, and particularly Blackberry Enterprise
Server.
"No-one else in Stoke-on-Trent offers Blackberry technical
support, and we believe our collaboration with one of the area's
leading telecoms companies has helped us remove many more
Blackberry headaches.
"Ultimately we want to provide a value centre, giving businesses
stable IT systems which never break down, and our partnership with
The Consultancy Group has helped us do that."
Darren Pugh is director of The Consultancy Group, in
Newcastle-under-Lyme.
He said: "Our growing partnership with ARC IT has helped us
secure more business deals and offer a full range of services to
our clients.
"The collaboration allows us to offer a full Blackberry
solution, from handset to server installation and ongoing support,
confident we have a specialist IT provider to deal with any
technical issues."
