Chesterfield-based Evolution Training is looking for additional
assessors to help cope with the demand as a result of new contracts
that have been confirmed - tripling their turnover for the current
financial year.
The company has been appointed to deliver management training
and customer service courses for 300 staff at a variety of service
sector companies across Greater London and for 500 staff within a
national hotel group- that must be delivered by the end of July
2010.
Commenting on the new contracts, Chris Ash said: "In order to
deliver the new qualifications for 800 staff by the end of July we
are now looking to recruit experienced, A1-qualified assessors that
have at least 12 months experience assessing in the retail,
hospitality and service sectors. Our generous remuneration packages
are part basic, part bonus and typically our assessors earn around
£30,000-35,000 a year."
Although the training industry has been affected by cut-backs in
recent months, together with the Learning and Skills Council's more
stringent criteria for releasing funding for training courses,
Evolution Training continues to secure financial support for
much-needed qualifications for the leisure and service sector
industries.
Evolution Training was established in 2006 by Chris Ash and Paul
Thompson and focuses exclusively on customer service and management
training.
It is this focus on just two key areas that has helped with the
company's year-on-year growth; this year the company will triple
the number of qualifications delivered compared to last year. Their
success is also down to the quality of the courses that they
deliver that lead to significant benefits for their clients'
businesses, from increased customer satisfaction and profitability,
to staff retention and reduced absenteeism.
