Property Team
In anticipation of an emergent property market in 2010,
Nottingham-based Fraser Brown has boosted the numbers in its
Residential Property department with the addition of well known
conveyancer Louise Senior.
Previously at Nelsons, Louise has been a part of the Midlands
property market for more than 13 years and brings experience in all
aspects of residential property work from freeholds and leaseholds,
to shared-ownership, transfers and mortgages.
Despite the difficult year, Fraser Brown has maintained its work
in Residential Property and the appointment of Louise takes numbers
in the department to nine.
Department Head, Becca Soar, said, "There is no doubt that the
last 18 months have been a difficult time for the property market
but over the last two quarters we have seen things pick up
considerably."
"This is certainly the time to be investing in the department -
we are confident that activity will increase in 2010 and we need to
ensure that we have a strong team and are prepared to deal with the
influx. Louise is definitely the right person to help us to do
this."
Louise added, "I am very excited to have joined Fraser Brown at
this time. All the signs point to the market improving throughout
2010, and we're seeing movement across the board, not just in one
price bracket. I'm very much looking forward to getting up and
running once January arrives."
