National commercial property consultancy, Lambert Smith Hampton
(LSH) has been instructed to dispose of three Freehold industrial
premises across Leicester totalling more than 63,000 sq ft.
LSH is selling the assets on behalf of Roger Buncombe in its
Birmingham office, who was appointed as official LPA receiver of
the properties.
The portfolio, which comprises three vacant industrial premises
located in the Evington district of Leicester, occupies a combined
floor space of 63,521 sq ft and is worth more than £1.6
million.
Ben Oldfield, Industrial and Logistics Agent at LSH's Leicester
office, said: "The drop in values brought about by the global
financial crisis has led to a dearth in the supply of Freehold
premises across Leicester. Consequently, it is extremely rare
to see three properties of this kind released to the market
together.
"Such is the pent-up demand that we received as many as 10
enquiries before we even began the formal marketing campaign.
We therefore expect these properties to be snapped up by
those occupiers keen to own their own premises and recommend that
any interested parties contact us immediately to avoid
disappointment."
