DTZ's Midlands region graduates are celebrating 100 per cent
exam success after passing their Assessment of Professional
Competence (APC), which means they are now qualified Chartered
Surveyors.
Based in DTZ's Birmingham offices, the 2007 graduate intake,
including Hannah Jones, Kylie Bentham, Will Dale, Adam Smith and
Andy Roberts, have all completed DTZ's training scheme and
qualified through the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
general practice route, a two-year competency based learning
programme built around a candidates professional work and
experience. Geoff Matthews and Gareth Booker have followed the
building surveying route and are now qualified Chartered Building
Surveyors.
Having worked and gained experience within each of the firm's
specialised teams, Hannah Jones and Andy Roberts will
continue working in corporate real estate management, Kylie Bentham
and Adam Smith in portfolio asset management and Will Dale within
valuation. Geoff Matthews and Gareth Booker will continue in the
project and building consultancy team.
