DUE TO expansion, pension firm Capital Cranfield Trustees, has
moved into larger premises at the landmark Atrium building in
Wollaton Street, Nottingham.

employs 26 people in Nottingham, has relocated to 6,000 sq ft of
Grade A office accommodation at the award-winning scheme.
Robert Maxey of Nottingham surveyors heb acted on behalf of the
landlords Cubic Property.
He said: "We are delighted to welcome Capital Cranfield to the
Atrium. We feel that they will fit perfectly into the
building bearing in mind the existing base of professional
companies already in occupation.
"This has been a pleasing deal on behalf of much valued clients
and we believe goes some way to demonstrating a further improvement
in the Nottingham office market. There are still some suites
available in the nuilding, but we are now well on the way back
towards full occupancy."
Capital Cranfield operate from offices in Nottingham, London and
Edinburgh.
Steve Godson, director of Capital Cranfield, said: "We're very
pleased to be moving to such high quality accommodation in the
centre of Nottingham. Our relocation to the Atrium reflects the
growth and maturity of the Nottingham office. Credit goes to both
agents for bringing the deal to a swift conclusion.
Capital Cranfield oversees the winding up of pension schemes
forced into that situation as a result of insolvency of the
sponsoring employer. This has lead to a significant expansion
of its operation during the last 12 months with a 50% increase in
staffing.
Steve added: "We were looking for a better quality of office
space. We think the Atrium is a unique building and unlike other
office 'blocks.'"
"The standard of the existing fittings, in particular the glazed
areas of the common parts, are very good - even so we're making a
significant investment to upgrade the space so that it meets our
own specification."
Capital Cranfield was advised by Phil Quiggin of Lambert Smith
Hampton.
FHP was joint agent for the landlord.
