Miller Homes East Midlands has announced the launch of a new
phase at its popular Dukes Mead development in Bingham, following
increased demand for new build properties in the area.
The new homes will be unveiled on Saturday 6 February from
10.30am, alongside a new sales office and newly decorated
showhomes.
Joy Goodman, sales director at Miller Homes East Midlands,
commented: "This is a great start to 2010 for us. The fact that we
are able to release a number of new properties for sale,
demonstrates that confidence is returning to the market.

The first three new properties available for sale at Dukes Mead
are the three-bedroomed, Auden-style homes, with an asking price of
£209,950. These properties benefit from a feature bay

The Auden-style homes are just the first of many to be released
for sale as part of the new phase. Other properties, soon to be
available, include the five-bedroomed, detached, London-style home
and The Wells, a four bedroomed, detached property with a spacious
interior that combines both style and comfort.
