TWO Nottingham agents have announced an unusual incentive
designed to give a Christmas bonus to a new tenant of office
premises in Nottingham.
Nottingham agents heb and FHP have been jointly instructed to
market premises at Lowater Street, Carlton Hill - and have just
announced the incorporation of a £5,000 'cashback'
incentive.
Rob Maxey of heb said: "We believe that this is something new
and exciting which has not really been done before.
"While cashback incentives are often offered for the purchase of
houses, as far as I know this is the first time it has been offered
to a tenant taking a lease of office premises".
The Lowater Street offices offer modern quality accommodation
which has been refurbished to a high standard and extend to 3,000
sq ft.
"The offices benefit from extensive on site parking, and are
already offered at an extremely competitive rent based on just
£6.30 per sq ft." Robert added.
"For an office occupier who doesn't need a city centre address
and wants lots of parking, we feel that the proposal should now be
hard to resist. There really is no catch - the approved tenant
taking a lease on the accommodation for a minimum of three years
will receive cheques from our clients to the sum of £5,000.
Whether it's to pay for moving costs, updating furniture, the staff
Christmas party or even a holiday for the boss we are sure this
will be welcomed especially at this time of year".
James Hartley at FHP added: "We are all convinced that offering
the cash back on a letting is breaking new ground and we are sure
that potential tenants will be interested in this. The client has
been incredibly flexible and generous to both heb and our marketing
initiatives and I am sure this will help us to attract a tenant in
December or early in the new year."
