Nottingham networking group, Network NG hosted a Christmas Quiz
to celebrate the end of 2009 at Castle Bar on Castle Road in the
City last week.
Sponsored by search and selection consultancy, Blusource, over
50 professionals attended to put their knowledge to the test across
a variety of topics including sport, entertainment and literature.
Quizmaster Tom Gray of Berryman ensured the eight teams were kept
in check and guest rounds were compered by Andrew Springhall
(Blusource), Sam Metcalf (Midlands Business Insider) and Greg
Simpson (Press For Attention).

Two teams tied for first place, 'Not in it to win it' (Browne
Jacobson and PWC) and 'Claire's Bears' (Blusource, Eversheds &
Tenon), with the former taking the spoils on the tie break
question, walking away with a bottle of champagne!
Andrew Springhall said: "Blusource and Network NG have enjoyed a
successful working relationship in 2009 and this event proved to be
a great finale to the networking year - good company, good venue
and a few brainteasers! It certainly put everyone in the festive
spirit!"
