An East Midlands events agency, Spinning Clock Ltd, has secured
a place on the prestigious roster of approved suppliers for the
Central Office of Information (COI).
COI oversees the outsourcing of more than 300 Live Events
projects a year on behalf of government departments, communicating
issues that affect the lives of every citizen - from health and
education to benefits, rights and welfare. The framework is worth
more than £12 million per annum, and includes live
event production, experiential, and creative design, development
and management of events, exhibitions and roadshows.
COI maintains and uses frameworks of suppliers which are the
'best of the best'; taking into account the anticipated needs of
COI and its government and public sector clients. They reviewed
over 1,300 applications and awarded places to just 125 agencies,
which will now be in place for the next three to four years.
Spinning Clock are delighted to represent the East Midlands on
this national framework.
Don Turner, Director of Spinning Clock, said of his
organisation's selection "We are immensely proud to have beaten off
stiff competition to be accepted onto one of the UK's largest and
most prestigious events rosters. We're looking forward to creating
a range of exciting events which really engage the public over the
next 4 years, as well as showing that the East Midlands has some of
the best creative talent in the UK!"
